Summary: No one at reception on arrival (8 pm). Checkin process overly complex. Roaches in lobby at elevator and room-level hallway. Room-level floors filthy entire stay. Kitchen sink filthy. Over half TV stations “No Signal.” No answer at recreation; had to walk down, wait for attendant to show up. Wheels on luggage cart flat; hard to guide loaded; reception indifferent when pointed out. “Grab-n-Go” breakfast not designated on site. Parking fee (IN OUTSIDE LOT!) VERY few waste cans in common areas. Positives: low pet fees; comfy bed; overall value.
